In this podcast, Nate and Mohamed discuss how to put yourself in a position to take on stress. After Nate recently suffered from multiple panic attacks, he decided to take action. Nate shares how to adjust your stress levels by doing the following:

1-Making sure you get to bed by 10:30 pm and wake no earlier than 6 am.

2-Eating the RIGHT macronutrient ratio diet to keep blood sugars balanced.

3- Getting enough exercise, minimally 30 minutes a day.

4- Making sure you take time each day to do something that makes you HAPPY!

5- Controlling your breathing; if you have an impaired breathing rythuem, you will cause the body to be stressed!


If any of these steps are not met, you will cause an imbalance in your life. When we are imbalanced, we naturally create compensation, which causes us to be stressed. 


*Hi, Nate here! I wanted to bring you this podcast to share my story with stress and bring you awareness of how serious this topic is. I honestly never believed in stress. I thought it was all a mindset. Until the day I suffered from my first panic attack! I ignored the panic attack thinking it was some other health issue, but it happened again and again!


I had to get serious, so I sat down and thought to myself, what's causing me to be so stressed out? Here's what I discovered: I woke up every day at 4 am, only getting 4-5 hours a sleep a night. I ate a diet high in carbs, even though they were healthy carbs, it still distributed my blood sugar levels. I drank 3 cups of coffee a day due to me being so tired! I had no time to work on things that made me happy. Over the past couple of months, I had to change my lifestyle to improve my stress levels. 


I never thought I would have these problmes because I was the guy who helped 40-50 clients a week to solve their problems with a lifestyle imbalance! The truth is, I wasn't practicing what I was preaching, great it was a life lesson for me!
