Dempsey Bryk is a Canadian actor based out of Los Angeles, CA, and Toronto, ON. His recent work includes leading the Facebook Watch show "The Birch" as Thurston Polk, playing Rob in Netflix's "The Silence" as well as the Netflix shows "V-Wars" and "Black Mirror", Cinemax's "Jett", and his role as Wyatt on CBC's "Heartland." He also recently starred in the Circle-X production "Punkplay" at the Atwater Village Theatre. Dempsey is leading in the upcoming boxing film "The Fight Machine", and playing Steven Truscott in the biopic "Chasing Justice." Dempsey is also a writer, having placed a production Off-Broadway in New York City and producing his own short films. Multiple projects are currently in development.

Nate and Dempsey are good friends. They met in 2019 in portland Oregon when Dempsey was filming the tv show "The Birch" alongside his girlfriend Haskiri Velazquez. From that day on, Nate and Dempsey became tight. Nate helped Dempsey get fit for his upcoming boxing film "The Fight Machine". Dempsey gives credit to Nate for helping him feel confident and take on his role for his film.
