You probably have this great idea that turns into a dream or goal of yours. You start making a plan to achieve this goal. This gets you SUPER excited. The problem you run into is setting a goal for yourself, but you realize you LACK Productivity. So all you got done was the planning stage of a plan and not so much the action stage.

Now instead of being consistent every day towards your Dream, you only spend a couple of days getting things done towards your goal, but you play more of a "catch up" game because you're so far behind. Imagine being able to be consistent towards a goal seven days a week instead of two-three days

Then you find Yourself easily distracted.
