may have to really just take a pause and like look at it and ask yourself is this something willing to continue to

refocus it's very important i don't think a lot of people understand the importance of having these down times

and what i mean by that is i really mean the fact of the matter as like you know today's society everything's go go go

right you have a lot of things happen you gotta take advantage of these things which are good but then it's like it's

always like we have a fear of missing out on something we fear if like if we don't take

advantage of everything then nothing's gonna come true and in today's podcast i just wanna bring you through the

take advantage of it but you may also be the other person you may be someone who is going through a

rough time and you've been going through a rough time for a little while now you've been going through a rough time

for months or possibly even years right it all depends

and when you go through this rough time and if you're not going through this rough time and you go through this in the future come back to this podcast

things seem like there's nothing good ever going to happen for you right we can kind of lose

hope in these moments and i want you to change your perspective on this today and that's my

goal this can kind of be like a a formula as a solution to your

and you know one thing i want you to realize is that nature will always show you that there are seasons

even during the day life in nature will show you that there's a moment when that sun comes up and there's a moment when that sun goes down

there's a moment to go and then there's a moment to rest

you know the world is basically our reflection but the thing is is today that we're

kind of led to believe that everything should be static it should always be good it should always be going

and for those that are in safety and security or fight or flight all day that that right there is uh you know a

huge trigger for us and i say us because like i said i i dealt with this with childhood

trauma safety and security my work ethic is insane because i just have it ingrained into my body for the

simple fact that i had to find us a way survive and sometimes i'm scared to let go

sometimes i'm scared to rest and you may be somebody who has that same problem

when you're when you're in safety and security you easily fall into everything needing to be static just continue to keep

things the same keeping keeping things the same is a great way to make sure that you're safe

right but you have to understand you can't keep things the same if you're changing with the world

just like your parents can't you know you know continue to complain or if they

do continue to complain about technology and things like that or old businesses can t you know complaining about

technology we have to learn how to change i know sometimes it's not the you know

it's not the greatest feeling in the world but we do need to learn how to adapt and change and evolve

but most importantly we need to change and evolve within ourselves that's why be great with me i'm trying to get you

to become the best version of yourself be great every day is one more day to become great it's another day or another day to

be you right another great day to be you so what i've learned in 2018 is to learn on

when to follow the seasons and then follow the seasons within yourself and here's what i mean

you have to understand that if you are trying to be someone who's always trying to get things done and and keep

the sun out keep going keep things great keep things high you will burn out

you will burn out if you're someone who's forcing

a summer when it's supposed to be winter you will burn out and i mean internally

you will burn out you're going to be using a lot of things to help you get through

a day a lot of stimulants to try to help you get through what you're going through and you're going to build a lot of responsibility

under your belt to the point where you go to rest and you feel you can't rest now

like literally just can't because things will fall apart

right what we have to understand is when we follow the seasons we follow

nature and when we follow nature we can focus on ourselves on allowing

ourselves to fall allowing ourselves to grow allow a feeling no guilt behind it

okay so like i said if you're someone that's on their high take advantage of that give

as much as energy as you can take as much as energy as you can do your thing but you need to learn on when it's time

to to to allow things to come down so let's go through the seasons okay

let's start off in someone that may be in their high moment or you may be someone with that as at their low

but you got to that real low low low and i'm going to teach you why because you didn't know how to

go through the seasons properly so let's just say you're going through that summer phase

summer phase can be utilized as or made of as an example of

everything going to everything you planned and everything you wanted going your way

opportunities back to back things that you manifested things that you waited for a long time they're all

going your way congratulations that's amazing i'll say

these last two years let's say the last year has been one amazing summer for me

everything that i wanted came true but the truth of the matter is

is that you're going to notice yourself starting to force things

you're going to notice enthusiasm inspiration and motivation damp out

because you will start noticing that you're going to start forcing things and

you know your ego doesn't want to let go but it may be time to fall off and that's the

season of fall the fall of man right fall fall back

and the fall is allowing yourself and trusting yourself that everything is going to be okay

that you can relax slightly you don't have to force everything

okay so right now i have many opportunities coming my way but i start to feel like i'm starting to force

things i'm losing the motivation and inspiration just being very transparent with you right now

you start to i started feeling like i'm forcing things and listen my friend guess what happens when you ignore that

subconscious and the unconscious will bring you things to match you on that energy level

what does that mean bad luck weird things start happening tires start getting flat phone drops and

cracks it never cracks before but now it cracked a bill that you did you forgot to pay

and they overdrafted you or overcharged you now it's just like one of the things you're going to go

through your mind is like bad luck or what are the chances that like you can't catch a break

these are the things that will start happening if you don't learn on to fall back stop forcing things

so as great as the things are in my life that went

i understand that i've been in summer phase a little too long and i feel like my adrenals are burning

out burning out right if you keep the sun out or oh yeah around what happens to the

grass what happens to earth it starts to burn out right

so when you start to feel like you're burning out and you ignore it then what happens is you

literally burn out to where now that you're tired and you're exhausted

and you don't change your beliefs or your ego or your your organ or you know your planning and organ um organization

around how you get work done and now you're dragging through every day now you're literally dragging

through every day and i'll teach you a couple steps on how to get out of that

so you have the f you have the summer now naturally we have the summer and then

when the summer is kind of going down we have the fall you need to learn how to fall back i need to

learn how to understand i know these opportunities are here for me i know that all the things i want in my life or

i want it this year coming my way but i'm gonna fall back and allow myself

allow the views to drop a little bit off my social media because if i want to

stay in summertime i got to pump out more videos and the more videos i pump out the more opportunities i get the

more applications i get to work with me or you know a bunch of cool things

but if i don't fall back and allow myself to rest a little bit fall back

and allow myself to become a student again fall back and allow myself to

grow with uh perspective of the other end of the yin and yang if i go if i

don't allow myself to be a little yin then i'll be burning up so you need to allow yourself to fall back a little bit

yeah i know you may used to make x amount of dollars extra so you can go get that one you know thing or go that

one place or go on these vacations or whatever the case may be whatever the goal may be i get it but at this moment

it just may be appropriate if you are following if you are seeing yourself have you know you've been in summer for a

long time and maybe appropriate to fall back a little bit

okay so if i don't allow myself to fall back a little bit

then i become a talking head and what is a talking head i become i when you start to put yourself in

over summertime too long and burning out and being too young you will create some addictions

so you're telling the world one thing but you're showing another

so if you allow yourself to go through fall this is when the trees start losing their leaves and they start

to fall especially if you grew up in the northeast like i did or just on the east coast in general

and you experience all the seasons so and you can do that in other places in the country too so

what happens here is as you go through fall now you allow yourself to fall back a little bit

and then you're no longer having this pressure the pressure to be the sun in everybody's life the pressure to be the

sun all year round the pressure to give energy all day

then yeah would you you will probably kill off a little bit of ego with it

there's a huge possibility of that if i allow myself to not post three four videos on tick tock and do a tick tock

live every day am i gonna lose the chances of getting more followers of course i am

but when do you get to the point where you have enough faith and confidence that either way you're going to get things done with

your dreams either way the things that you're trying to manifest in life will come true without trying to force it all the time

until you connect to something bigger than you understanding that something bigger than you has a plan for you

because a lot of us get stuck in summer because that's when we feel like we have to take control of everything and we

don't have faith or we don't have the belief that there's something bigger out there that is also

watching over or assisting you

because you only can give what you have so when you fall back a little bit which means you maybe win 100 maybe

and what happens after fall you have winter and winter is a very interesting one winters winters happen to be my

favorite winters internal winters can be like depressions and sadness

like there's no hope there's nothing that's coming that's good

but i i wanna one of the main reasons why i want to make this podcast to explain to you the importance of this

winter it's very important at your low state it's very important

for you to build for you to learn for you to heal and for you to rest

to really truly find ourselves in life we need to take advantage of the winter the internal winters the

the lows in our life the sadness the depressions

because if you don't actually go deep within side of yourself and understand

the importance of learning something allowing yourself to heal allow yourself to rest and you have the fear of missing out

then you have to you i'm telling you right now you're going to create a life that you're telling other

people that are different than the life that you have going on with inside of yourself

okay so this is a perfect time to rejuvenate yourself this is a perfect time to heal yourself it's the perfect

time to learn and learning is the biggest one a winter is the time you after you fall

off a little bit then you may be going through a low time and you have to understand there's always polarities in

life there's always highs and lows and when you're at your lowest time take advantage of that because that's you're

like yo that's the lowest i've been but this is the perfect time for you to prepare for when the things go back up

to being high again and you go back to your summer you're better off this summer than you was last summer because if you're not

then you wasted time then you wasted time

and time is known to be the most important thing we have here right

this is the perfect time to work on your disciplines your rituals it's the perfect time to get ahead is

when you're down if you feel like taking a nap take a nap if you feel like you're tired taken and

look i'm a person who's all about going after what you love in life but

if i just sit here and say you gotta attack it every day you gotta attack it every day for the rest of your life

without giving you the empathy of understanding that there is the other side of being

too young or just just yang is you have to have some type of yin in your life as well

and the more you recognize those yen moments and the more you recognize those low moments the more likely your perspective changes and you take

advantage of those things which will basically shift you right out of them and i'm not talking about overnight but

you have more confidence while you're there you have more understanding while you're there instead of questioning and drowning in your problems you come up

with a bunch of solutions i know one thing though the more you

resist this the more the worse it is the more denial you are about it the

worse this is i'm telling you that right now this is a this is the point where you

get from getting out of your head out of the ego and getting within your body you become a little more intuitive

you become a little more empathetic about yourself and then it's time to learn i want you

to when you're on these winters i want you to think about what are the things that you need to get better at so when those summer times

come back up you're prepared more likely for this summer internal summer than the last internal summer

where do you need to go to find more information what do you need to learn a little more about what was really

holding you back from taking a full advantage last summer think about those things and these things will inspire you

but now you should have a little more time during these winter times or these depression times to be able to

make a literally think about these things then we have spring when spring comes

usually springs is the train uh the transition out of the winter now you have all the ideas now you worked on a

small little rituals and a small disciplines now it's time to go plant your seeds go plant them

go plant those ideas go put them into action now what i mean is if it was that one let's just say it was

a course that was stopping you from getting to the next level in your business now you go take that course say if it

was just losing the last 15 to 20 pounds now you go to the gym and you have that little you put the little disciplines in

you don't tell nobody don't do it for the gram don't tell everybody what you're doing keep it to

yourself keep it to yourself giggle to yourself and know

only if they knew what i'm about to come back out with right there's a little self talks i always do on myself

i walk around my house all the time and say the world doesn't know what's about to come their way

all right and then you do these little plants you do these little plants and you plant these little seeds

and then boom summer is here summer is a time in your life where

now the opportunities and the things that you want it are there and you're prepared for them

and you have a great summer you have energy you're feeling great your digestion is good you're looking

your best you're feeling your best everything's going amazing

and you take advantage of that summer and as you take advantage and everything is going good congratulations

but just be aware when fall comes do not resist

how do you know when it's fall when you start forcing things

what does that look like you have an opportunity that came your

way and you're literally you don't feel like doing it anymore you don't you don't

you know you're forcing yourself to talk you're forcing yourself to take the action

where as two months ago you were not you were over the moon about it

but now you're forcing it you know you're forcing it

you're starting to lose another sign as you start losing little disciplines that you had

because energy is everything there's only so much amount of energy you can give as a human being especially

as you start to continue to grow in your business or you start to grow you know at work or with your family or

whatever the case may be the more energy you gave out in that in that summer

the usually the bigger or the more of a fall off or fall and winter you need

if you really think about it right now think about the best times of your life think about what happened right before the best

times in your life usually it's a time that you were really preparing even if you weren't conscious of it

right it was usually a time you were really preparing right before my tick tock took off

i had 2020 where i went from being in a gym for 45 to 55 hours a week just with coaching

not alone with creating content and stuff and i had all these ideas i had all
21:47
these ideas about making videos and had all these ideas but i had no energy man

and i was trying to make everybody happy with personal training

and then my name grew in west chester new york to the point where everybody was coming to work with me

and i did not say no because i didn't want to disappoint people

because i was a sunshine for everybody and i was forcing it

i was forcing it man i really was i was forcing it i was forcing myself

to sit there and push take on clients i was no longer excited i didn't care about how much

money i was making i didn't care about any of it i was fourth i felt dead within side of myself

one cup of coffee wasn't working two cup of coffees wasn't working three i was up to like three and a half four a day

then i was like oh well maybe i need i do have attention disorder maybe i should give adderall a shot or vyvance a shot right

i was trying everything to force my summer to go longer

no until i got into depression i forced i burnt myself out and forced myself into a depression

and then i got saved kovit hit and i was forced to stay with
23:09
inside the house i was forced
23:15
to not work 40 hours anymore because now guess what the clients that i had i came to los angeles now

clients i had online were no longer i mean in person only eight to ten of them came online so i went from 55 60 hours

of coaching to 10 and then i was and then i noticed how depressed i was

because when you get depressed you get in your low moments try to distract yourself i was distracting the hell out of myself with work

but when covey hit i mean i couldn't hide anymore and then i only had 10 clients

and then i literally was trying to resist being in the depression and it was showing up
23:52
subconsciously how just eating a bunch of smoothies every day drinking a bunch of smoothies and
23:58
putting this this nice little grain free granola on top knowing that i can't handle that much sugar and then going

through blood sugar crashes taking naps at two having sugar crashes on my couch at 2 p.m and

oh it was disgusting the kind of depression i went on oh yeah i failed to mention that i gained 65 pounds during

this low time because i was so resistant towards it

until i allowed myself and then i allowed myself i said okay what am i missing as soon as i saw what
24:28
i'm missing okay what do i want to do as soon as i got all that then i started to get the ball rolling

and when the ball started to roll i joined the courses that i know i should have joined i started to study the things i should have studied and i

worked without the need to feel like i needed to be in summer

i had no problem not telling instagram what i wasn't doing every day i had no problem

staying home for the holidays in los angeles at that time and not traveling i had no problem going

within myself and then six to eight months of doing that my

spring boom i had a great summer my summer started around july june

29th june 30th for 2021 and then i've been going through a real

long summer you want to know why because i've been forcing it

uh oh so i accomplished some cool things this past week was with my mentor paul check

i will be putting up a video of asking him questions but while i was there

i'm just keeping it real with you that's what i'm gonna do when i come on this podcast and hopefully this may be connecting something for you your son

your husband your wife whoever your daughter whoever

i accomplished a lot of things this last month and after accomplishing a lot of things

this last month i wanted to walk away feeling really proud of myself

but i couldn't i didn't really i started seeing it as a problem because

i was thinking about okay i accomplished that i have to go for something bigger and something bigger which is a winning

mindset i love that mindset that i have but the truth of the matter is after being and doing things that i

thought was an amazing things a year ago i'm doing it now and i'm starting to see oh

it's time to fall back you start to get things and people around you that don't deserve to be

around you that are you you used to be really good intuitively of understanding

just by their body language or on the phone or whatever the case may be

you started going you start having consequences that you never usually have

you start having negative things pop up or negative people try to do you wrong you just start a whole bunch of things

you like hold on something ain't right you want to know why because it's time to fall back

something to fall back so as i'm going through my seasons right

now i know it's time to fall back and i'm happy i have a whole game plan for my my fall

and my winter i prepared for it this time how do you prepare for it

here's how you prepare for it this is why i've been trying to teach you how to take care of your digestion how to

i'm going to bring uh a podcast on um how to make money the spiritual way of making money and i want to say the

spiritual way of making money is because i didn't learn it through school i learned it just through

life experience right and it worked every time for everything i've done

but you learn how to prepare for it by making sure you get your overhead taken

care of for the next couple months you stop spending as much as you're earning so you can be able to do

something like that you start taking care of your sleep a little more you start to give you you

start getting rid of negative people you start getting clear on your dream

you see what i'm saying so you start really start to prepare for these nice little winters but if you're in one

right now i want you to start to look at the fact of what are you missing in your life

right now look at yourself in the mirror and say the universe or the world

or my life is trying to bring me the opportunities that i deserve but there's

something i'm ignoring subconsciously is it the addiction that you have

is it you lying to yourself about you being happy in your job or your relationships

is it the sugar addiction that you have is it the fact of the matter that you have

something that you want to discuss with a loved one but you're scared to speak up whatever it is

look at what you're doing subconsciously that's holding you back from getting to the next step in your life

and trust start to learn how to trust yourself a little more trust yourself on how to make decisions

stress yourself on how to listen to yourself

while the world is pushing you to stay safe and secure and

stagnant oh you shouldn't feel like that no no no no no you should go go go go

as you go through these these life lessons as you go through these ups and downs look at the silver lining the the

opportunity if you're on your low right now oh the world be better be ready because as soon as you figure out what's

for what's coming your way you're getting prepared for what you deserve in a great way

i live in los angeles right now okay and one of the hardest things about

living in los angeles is that i grew up on the east coast where i'm used to going to the seasons and i'm forced to

stay inside if it's raining all day if it's freezing outside if it's snowing during those seasons in los angeles i

wasn't in los angeles i was able i loved it you want to know why because i'm an energy junkie i love being yang

all day i love go go go go i really do and the truth of the matter is

is that as i've been here this is i'm i'm completing my third year of being here

as i'm here i noticed that i have been forcing myself to stay in summer

because it's when it's december 25th when it's christmas day it's 75 degrees

outside why not why not go for a hike why not go

to the beach and one thing that's challenging for me is that

i learned on how to go through the seasons during my seasons and

i'm just being real with you and i may make a podcast on this because some of you are going to need to hear this and a

lot of people are not going to like it i notice anytime you really i mean we all know as soon as you start really

telling the truth about some things people really get upset

but the truth about hollywood about your favorite people you see on tv

the people you listen to they're my clients not all of them but a lot of them are

and i'm telling you right now it looks better on tv than what it does in person

because it's you you run into a place where a lot of people don't know how to fall

back everybody's willing to do anything at all year but during the whole year around because they're trying to find a

way to survive here they're trying to find a way to stay famous or get famous which then keeps them in a long summer which then gets

them addicted which then gets them to act as a person that they're truly not to the world with versus what's going on

with inside of them and i can go i can go on and on and on but when you're surrounded by people who can't relax or surrounded by people who

are in fight-or-flight and want to stay stagnant with their careers because they're scared of losing

fame and you're growing and you're making a name for yourself or if you're in a community if you're on wall street for

example you're someone who does you know trading all day there's a time where you need to

understand that you need to fall back

so be real with yourself it's a place that you're living in realistic enough to live

and what i mean by that is are you overpaying to live where you live

and if you are because of your family or whatever i get it but just these are just smart things to start questioning

yourself is your overhead way too high for you to the point where it's making you

overwork just so you can have that certain car or you can live in that certain building or that certain home

what's worth it your time in your life or the things having a cool car or having a

cool house or living in a cool neighborhood so other people think you're cool

not saying that's you i'm just saying these are just things to think about okay so
